A Woman's choice?

As "String of Pearls" plays on my CD player, I continue to write... Well, in the past I have tried to avoid such topics as Religion, Government, Death, but now I am afraid I must step forward, and offer a different perspective on such topics.....The following is in no disrespect to anyone.

"As most people will agree, abortion is a woman's choice. But just because a woman decides to have an abortion certainly doesn't make it right." Can there be just causes to murder? Well, if you believe in capital punishment, (as I do) then should killing a killer not also be considered as killing? The acting of killing begets more killing? Nono, strike that, its too late....Try this...Small town USA, we shall call it Hicksville (AKA Matt) Tennessee. Its late, a married mother of 2 is home alone. Her husband is at work, and her children at school. Suddenly she hers a sound! Dogs?! Roof caving in?! NO! Burglars!!! They wreck the place up pretty well, and start to make off with a hefty bundle, when one of those sick degenerate, sex deprived psychos snaps! He rapes the mother, and leaves. 3 months later, she realizes she is pregnant. In this time in her life she can't afford another child, and doesn't really want to care for another child. But in the goodness of her heart she decides to go ahead and have the baby, maybe she will put it up for adoption. Nothing wrong with that, right? Then the doctor buts in and says that due to the force of the rape, giving birth will more than likely kill the mother. What then? Do you still go through with it, leaving those first 2 children motherless? Would you? Lets say, another mother had contracted aids before pregnancy. Would it be right to bring a child into this world if its life was confined to a hospital for weekly testing? Would you like to be aware of that? That is the difference in murder and abortion, awareness. Killing an unaware fetus is no different from killing an insect. Granted, murder is murder, but sometime it is not always so clear-cut. Not everyone is ready for a child when they become pregnant. For what ever reasons, mentally, physically, wealth status, etc. Adoption cant always be considered, and even when it can, adoption has issues of its own. Regretful mothers going insane over the child they let go, wacko kids snapping after realizing their entire life was a lie. I agree, that abortion is murder, but under some circumstances could it not be justified? And, after all, would you really want to bring another life into this world of war, rape, death, hunger, and disease?
