Karma Coma Overdose

Karma coma overdose,
and pretty pink drops glucose.
Ounces of blood fill the jars,
no more love for you.

Second chances melt away,
given to airs of self defense.
Fleeting tears drops, frozen hearts,
pull me down and pull me apart.

Love has never tasted like this,
or burned so much going down.
Pretty red drops of my blood,
fill the tub and hit the ground.

Karma coma overdose,
exactly what I deserve.
Jars of blood along the walls,
echoing what you’ve heard.

No truth can lie with intent of this,
of feast upon despair.
Only human arrogance of bliss
can truly hurt you there.

I cried to sleep in a pillow’s arms
and slept in my pain for days.
Listening to the letters fall,
and dreaming of the ways.

Karma coma overdose,
now words are my repents.
Blood and dirt send ash in vain,
coursing with love’s laments.
