When I first saw your face
I recognized it from my dreams
those lips, the eyes, all so familiar
from things that I had seen

I had seen you, in a place
more vivid than all the rest
a dream that I cannot forget
of an image most truly blessed

On the day, that we first met
I had no idea what you were
I would call you many names in days to come
and live the images that your stirred

The first time I heard you laugh
it didn’t click in my mind
but I had found that from my dream
that I had strived so hard to find

Now that I have found you
the face spawned from dreams
I called you Libra, but now I know
those eyes which looked at me
will forever be lost again
